Can you connect the Harman Kardon onyx to your tv using a cable with a micro usb connector on one end and hdmi connection on the other end to use like a sound bar?

Unfortunately the only way you can connect the Onyx is to use the Aux port.

I have tried connecting the Aura 2 to the Onyx 4. I am not successful. Is this sync not possible? The book shows Aura 2 to Aura 2 and Onyx 4 up to three more Onyx 4.

The Onyx Studio 4 will not connect to the AUra Studio 2 because they have different proprietary features--the Onyx Studio 4 has the HK Connect+ feature while the Aura Studio 2 only has the Dual Wireless Sound. However, it is possible to connect (2) Aura Studio 2 together and up to a hundred of the Onyx Studio 4 together. Hi. Onyx does not have a USB input. You can find USB inputs on several hifi or home cinema devices from Harman Kardon, such as the BDS models, AVRs and the two stereo receivers. No portable device features USB input.

Is there a link to the driver, my unit wont download the driver to my computer?

Hi, The Harman/Kardon Onyx is a plug and play device and does not need any drivers, In the case that it's asking you for a driver then please contact your computer manufacturer to update the bluetooth drivers in your computer.
