Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great! Deserves to be the best in the world, better than anything else in the world

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for the price, with average NC Priced ok on the NC market. Sounds great and balanced with NC on, but when your battery is dead or your Noise Cancelling is off, then the sound quality goes downhill. range disappears, flat and sound like a 5 euro earbud. So make sure that NC is on all the time and charge it up time to time. (battery life is great so you cold forget to charge it as its oddly need charge) Again, once NC is on, its a great experience and worth the name of Harman.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from nc in ear head phones brought for a flight to replace my previous on ear headphones. have to say i was a little disappointed in them. on full volume (the only way to blot out the aircraft engines) the speakers distort sound. It may be the difference between on ear and in ear. i personally have decided to revert to my original on ear style headphones. as a general in ear device i am more than happy.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Clear sound but noise canceling function is not wo Good clear sound which is expected to have from H/K, but noise cancelling function is not working well in trains and tube.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Noise cancelling and charging problems I purchased this product from Amsterdam airport. Even though the noise cancelling is a specification, you do not fell it. Even though you do not feel the noise cancelling you need to charge the relevant unit and there is no way of seeing if it is fully charged or not. On the other hand the product is comfortable and sound is nice.

Hi, i just purchased a solo II NC bout a month ago and the ergonomic ear tips are getting loose and they keep falling out. Is there anything i can do about it? or if theres any way i can get more of the ear tips. thank you.

Asked by: PA11
Hi. It is unusual that the hooks fall out. Our only suggestion is to wash the silicone parts in lukewarm water with some dish soap drops. This to avoid that they become slippery due to skin grease. For info about where to buy spare parts, please contact Harman Helpdesk for your country, or contact the distributor, if there is no JBL web shop in your country. Contact for email, chatter and phone are on the JBL web page under Support.

Why do soho earphones have 2 cables? And why doesn't one of them work?

Asked by: Gavin
Hi. These two 3.5mm signal cables (without remote control, the one-button remote is on one of the fixed cables to the in-ears) are to be placed between the electronics box and the source device. One is for most normal sources, and has metal housings, in aluminum color. The other one is for source devices that have so-called OMTP connection jacks, where the polarity of the plug is different. This is for use with older Nokias, Nokia Lumias from second generation, old Samsungs, Sony Ericssons and some Xperias and others. This cable has black plastic plugs. In most cases, the metal plug cable is the right one to use. If there are problems with it, try the black one. One of them will work.
