Can't seem to connect with my android phone

Let's try to troubleshoot your Harman Kardon Onyx Studio 4. We suggest pairing the speaker to your phone by pressing on the Bluetooth button on the speaker — once you see the light blink fast, turn on the Bluetooth on your phone and let it discover the speaker and connect to it. If you are still unable to discover the speaker by doing this, you can reset it by pressing and holding the Volume + and Phone buttons simultaneously for about 5 seconds while the speaker is on. The speaker will then power off, letting you know that it is reset back to its factory default settings. When you turn the speaker on after doing a reset, it should automatically go into pairing mode. Follow the steps above once you see the light blinking to try and pair your phone again. Can I connect 2 Onyx Studio 3 with 2 or more Onyx Studio 4?

You cannot even connect four Studio 4s together at the best of times ESSPECIALLY WITH THEIR FAULTY HK CONNECT APP! Better off saving yourself alot of heartache and throw this rubbish in the trash where it belongs!

Hi. My Onyx powering off in exactly 1 minute. I tried to reset by holding both call and volume+ buttons. But it still doing the same thing again. Is anything i can do now? Thanks

Hi Michael, thanks for asking. Sorry to hear that your Onyx Studio 4 is turning off by itself. Is this also happening when the speaker is plugged in to its charging adapter? On bluetooth, when I select : "Speakers (HK Onyx Studio 4 stereo)" > the pairing is faulty, always on and off. When I select "Headset Earphone (HK Hands-Free) > pairing is correct for minutes and disconnect. Speaker removed and reconnect many times

Hi, please try to see if pairing the HK Onyx studio 4 to other phones/ tablets does the same thing. If it does, please try to reset the Onyx Studio 4 by pressing and holding the Vol + and the Phone button at the same time until the unit powers off. Don't forget to remove the device from your phones's bluetooth list before you pair again.
