Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best One yet!! Ive had 3 Go+Plays this one is a huge technical jump from the rest, its alittle smaller than the previous one the bass seems a tab softer but it makes up for in design and size. the battery life is decent on max volume a good 3-4 hrs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Blown away I am a very keen musician and play by ear so tend to be very, very fussy when listening to music. Also love design. This speaker exceeds my expectations in every way. Beautiful high fidelity sound powerful bass and great stereo separation. Get one if you are hard to please...like me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow Received my speaker today and to say I'm delighted would be an understatement. If your looking for a speaker that you can take around with you then this is not the speaker for you as it is both large and fairly heavy! That is the only small con I could think of! However if like me the sound is the most important aspect then I fully recommend this speaker it is quite amazing!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely wonderful portal speaker I own several portal BT speakers and this is by far the best one I have listened to. The sound is beautifully rich and ample bass. I use it a lot for conference calls and the speaker and mic worked flawlessly. Comparing to other speakers this is one of the best on the market. Their customer service is also one of the best.

Can use it in wet places? Beside pool or in beach?

Asked by: mohammad raouf
It is not recommended to place it beside the pool or in beach. If you cannot prevent it, please make sure that it is near and not beside the pool or in beach

Does HK support something like JBL connect+ that allows connecting 100 speakers together? Manual only states connecting two speakers together. I hope it does because it is more expensive than all portable JBL speakers.

Asked by: jasonthick132
No. The Harman Kardon's Wireless Dual Sound feature only enables you to connect up to 2 speakers at the same time.

I have an old version of the Go+Play system with i-Phone 4 connection.  Can I convert the connection to an i-Phone 6?  Also, can a Bluetooth connection be incorporated?

Asked by: Jack007
You may try using an iPhone dock pin adapter so you can use your iPhone 6 on your GO+PLAY speaker dock, which you can get from an Apple store. As with your Bluetooth inquiry, you may try using an external Bluetooth adapter, such as the BTA 10, which you can find on our website, http://www.harmanaudio.com/harman-kardon/BTA+10.html. As long as your speaker dock has an aux-in port, you may connect the BTA 10 to it, then pair your device with the BTA via Bluetooth.

Audio protocol is not activated after bluetooth is connected. Only Hands free protocol is activated with Windows 10. Please let me know how to fix it.

Asked by: Jay Lee
The GO+ PLAY utilizes the standard Bluetooth Stereo Audio drivers available in most laptops. There are two different Bluetooth protocols, one for Headset Audio used for talking on the telephone, and the other for high quality stereo audio listening. Being that the GO+ PLAY is a speaker; your computer must connect to the Charge 3 using the Stereo Audio protocol. Your best bet is to go into your control panel and find the Bluetooth setup. This setup usually provides a setup wizard and will take you through the steps to install the drivers needed for Stereo Audio. Also, there might be an internal settings on your computer to consider and I suggest to contact your computer manufacturer for further support.

I am a fan of hiphop and rap genres of music. can this speaker handle constant bass heavy music?

Asked by: Jason132
When the GO+PLAY or any other speaker/headphones is played with a lot of bass on high volumes, it can cause the drivers to work harder than intended causing distortion such as crackling noises, especially if you are boosting bass with tone controls or EQ. If possible, play in a lower volume, and/or if available, adjust the bass on the source device. Continuously playing distortion may cause damage to the drivers.

Hello customer service, I have the Go+Play and I really like it. I'm having an issue with the power saving feature; after I disconnect my devices from the Go+Play, the speaker doesn't turn itself off even after hours. What do you recommend? Thanks

Asked by: Rocha
Go+Play has a power saving feature, as soon as the unit senses that there is no audio signal it turns itself off in approximately 10 minutes. As long as there is a signal coming into the unit, the power save mode will not work. Lastly you can try performing a RESET on the unit to rule out that this is a minor glitch in the system, follow the steps provided. 1. While unit is ON. 2. Press and hold "Vol +" and Play/Pause buttons at the same time for 3-5 seconds 3. Once all LED lights light up, this indicated unit has been reset. 4. Re-establish BT connection between you phone/tablet. 5. Check if the unit will now go into power save mode if not, please submit a case at https://www.harmankardon.com/support-contact.html and out Customer Support team will further assist you.

What are the rough dimensions of the speaker (not taking the curves into consideration bus measuring it as a cube)? Like width, length and height, not weight as I have already found that.
