Hi ... was wondering I have plug in the hdmi cable that provide by sb20 to my tv hdmi port ... but yet that still hv no audio out from the sound bar.... I only able connect it via optical or blue tooth ... am I connect it wrongly ? Tks

Asked by: Raysun81
Hi You probably connected it correctly, but most TV's need to have settings changed for HDMI Audio output. Please check the manual for your TV to see if this is the case ( Audio Output -> External Receiver, instead of built-in speakers ). If you are sure this is correct, maybe you can try with a different HDMI cable, and make sure the HDMI cable is connected to the ARC HDMI ports. If above didn't help, please send us an email on customer.support@harman.com, so we can assist you there.

Hi There, I bought SB20 sundbar 2 months back. Now the bluetooth is not working anymore. The bluetooth is continuously blinking ,can not par with my smartphone anymore. Please suggest how will I fix it

Asked by: apradha
Hi, I would first suggest that you try to reset your Soundbar SB20. Please power on the soundbar, and for 5 seconds, press and hold the "volume+" button, together with the "Surround" button on the soundbar. The leds on the SB20 should blink, and it will reset. If a reset has not fixed the Bluetooth issue, please send us an email on customer.support@harman.com, so we can assist.

How can I restore factory settings? Or reset the soundbar? It's not stated anywhere in the manual. Thank you.

Asked by: MatthewDC
Hi Matthew, By holding down Volume+ and surround button for more than 5 seconds will reset the SB20. The SB20 will automatically reboot itself, after it has been reset. If you require further assistance, please reach out to our customer support on customer.support@harman.com

Hello Harman, what's the difference between this and JBL SB350? Is SB20 better? In what way? Thank you.

Asked by: Madc
Hi, We can't decide for our customers which of our brands / products are better, and we would like you to test both of our Soundbars before you make your own decision. Both the SB20 from Harman/Kardon and the SB350 from JBL are excellent Soundbars, with little difference in Audio output / power etc., and I would like to advise to download the Spec Sheets for both products and compare them for yourself. You are of course most welcome to contact our Customer Support department, so we can send you these. Please send us an email on customer.support@harman.com if you need more information or documentation

how do i set up Harman sound, to stop loud adverts? is it the sound feedback button?

Asked by: mick
Hello Mick You can enable Harman Volume by pressing the button on the bottom left of your remote control ( the music note icon ). This has 3 settings, low, medium and high. Even when using "low", you will still be able to enjoy the full sound effects, for instance when you are watching a movie.

Hi is this system compatible with the LG 49UH9850V TV? Without "mouthsync lag" on bluetooth? Many thanks

Asked by: Jay2016
Hi, The Soundbar should be compatible with any TV. On Bluetooth there will always be a small delay, so if the TV are capable of transmitting Bluetooth to the Soundbar, then I cannot say if the TV has adjustable lip-sync, and if the TV do not have it, then you will hear delay between video and audio. If you buy the SB20 on our website, you will have 30 days return right, and by that you can test it with the TV and see how it works.

Is this sound bar compatible with the HK controller app and the Adapt??

Asked by: Graham1
Hi, Thank you for your question. No, this soundbar do not work with the HK Controller app. You can easily connect an ADAPT to one of the inputs on the SB20, so it could play a long with the other OMNI speakers you have.
