I see that total power is 100 watts but what is the peak power the woofers can handle?

Asked by: xlte2010
The GO+PLAY is not a passive speaker, it is a multimedia speaker without a gain switch knob for the amp. Therefore there is no peak power.

Hi, can i connect Go+Play whit Onyx Studio 3 ?

Asked by: Martev
Yes. The GO+PLAY and the ONYX STUDIO 3 has the Wireless Dual Sound feature that enables it to be connected to each other via Bluetooth. To connect them, pair one speaker to your phone via Bluetooth. Once connected, press the Bluetooth button on the paired speaker. Then, press the Bluetooth button on the second speaker to connect both speakers. You should hear music coming out of both speakers.

I noticed last evening that my unit began making a subtle hissing noise, predominantly from the right tweeter and there is a notable "distortion" during very quiet moments in a song. Aux&Bluetooth, low volume setting, all types of music - is there a fix?

Asked by: David L
I’m sorry to hear that you are having issues with the GO+PLAY. If it is connected to one source via Bluetooth and AUX, please try to use the GO+PLAY with a different source to isolate the issue. If you are still experiencing issues, please submit a case at www.jbl.com/support-contact.html and the Customer Service team will be more than happy to further assist you.

Can support HDMI ARC?

Asked by: stagefour
No, the GO+PLAY does not support HDMI-ARC. This speaker does not have and HDMI port even for regular connections. You can connect a source device to the GO+PLAY either via Bluetooth or wired connection via the Auxiliary port located at the back of the unit.

Battery/Charging indicator seems to be wrong, adding steady dots + one blinking as charging progresses but once fully charged and still plugged into the wall it drops down to two steady and one blinking dot and stays like this. Is it OK?

Asked by: Martin B
Hi, Thank you for your question. After it is fully charged, it should display all dots and not only two as you mention. Could be a problem with the battery, and therefore I would go back to place of purchases to claim warranty and service. If you have any other questions, please contact our helpdesk for further assistance.
