Rated 5 out of 5 by from nice size great sound bought this after reading reviews I was after a good sounding blue tooth speaker for the house.this fits the bill spot on great for around the house garden etc. sound quality is great nice rich all round sound from a single unit. I ummed and arrrred for a few weeks then they reduced the price but after hearing it I would of been happy paying full price so if your looking for a speaker in this price bracket hesitate no more and part with your money you won"t be disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This wireless speak is statement. I know wireless speakers and this is not one of the multitude. It stands out in a special type of ways. The sound quality, slimline design, the catchy look and the finishing. You wouldn't know what you are missing, if you don't own one in your possession.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sound for price I purchased the the refurbished go + play from harmen kardon website I received it 3 days later not bad for free shipping ... Box was in perfect condition and speaker inside had no damage or scratches . Powered it on worked perfect sound quality is way above my other portable speaker the sound blaster iroar and better than my friends onyx studio 3 ..bass and sound quality is perfect for listening to in the home I don't use it outside as it isn't water resistant but over all a 5 star purchase easy for the the price paid. Worth a look if your into a quality home speaker that's portable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent sound I also own an Onyx two but if you are looking for a more powerful output give this a try it's worth it. I wish HK would offer a hub like device MIDI that will let you connect your speaker and play stereo.

I'm really curious if the battery occasionally died, could I still use the speaker in AC mode?

Asked by: Jánosfiú
Yes, it is completely safe to leave the GO+ PLAY connected to the power whether it is in use or not. It won’t damage the battery. Additionally, it is possible that what you are experiencing is due to the GO+PLAY’s power saving feature. It is auto sensing and will turn off if no audio signal is detected for approximately 10 minutes. So, if you have the volume on the GO+PLAY cranked up, and the volume on your source device set really low, it is very possible that the GO+PLAY is not seeing enough of an audio signal to know to stay on. Please try turning the volume on the GO+PLAY down a bit, and then crank up the volume on your source device to get to the level you desire. This will send a signal to the GO+PLAY and it should stay on without any issues.

Hi, I'd like to know if there is anyway to answer and finish a phone call using any of the buttons built in my HK Go+Play. Thank you.

Asked by: Guti
Thank you for inquiry regarding the HK Go + Play. Unfortunately, there aren't any control function on the HK Go + Play to answer and finsih a call thru its built in buttons. I noticed that you are in Argentina. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact the store where you purchased the unit and they will be able to help.

Can use it in wet places? Beside pool or in beach?

Asked by: mohammad raouf
It is not recommended to place it beside the pool or in beach. If you cannot prevent it, please make sure that it is near and not beside the pool or in beach

Does HK support something like JBL connect+ that allows connecting 100 speakers together? Manual only states connecting two speakers together. I hope it does because it is more expensive than all portable JBL speakers.

Asked by: jasonthick132
No. The Harman Kardon's Wireless Dual Sound feature only enables you to connect up to 2 speakers at the same time.

I have an old version of the Go+Play system with i-Phone 4 connection.  Can I convert the connection to an i-Phone 6?  Also, can a Bluetooth connection be incorporated?

Asked by: Jack007
You may try using an iPhone dock pin adapter so you can use your iPhone 6 on your GO+PLAY speaker dock, which you can get from an Apple store. As with your Bluetooth inquiry, you may try using an external Bluetooth adapter, such as the BTA 10, which you can find on our website, http://www.harmanaudio.com/harman-kardon/BTA+10.html. As long as your speaker dock has an aux-in port, you may connect the BTA 10 to it, then pair your device with the BTA via Bluetooth.

Audio protocol is not activated after bluetooth is connected. Only Hands free protocol is activated with Windows 10. Please let me know how to fix it.

Asked by: Jay Lee
The GO+ PLAY utilizes the standard Bluetooth Stereo Audio drivers available in most laptops. There are two different Bluetooth protocols, one for Headset Audio used for talking on the telephone, and the other for high quality stereo audio listening. Being that the GO+ PLAY is a speaker; your computer must connect to the Charge 3 using the Stereo Audio protocol. Your best bet is to go into your control panel and find the Bluetooth setup. This setup usually provides a setup wizard and will take you through the steps to install the drivers needed for Stereo Audio. Also, there might be an internal settings on your computer to consider and I suggest to contact your computer manufacturer for further support.

I am a fan of hiphop and rap genres of music. can this speaker handle constant bass heavy music?

Asked by: Jason132
When the GO+PLAY or any other speaker/headphones is played with a lot of bass on high volumes, it can cause the drivers to work harder than intended causing distortion such as crackling noises, especially if you are boosting bass with tone controls or EQ. If possible, play in a lower volume, and/or if available, adjust the bass on the source device. Continuously playing distortion may cause damage to the drivers.
