Go + Play is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 50.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Out of this world! Wow this speaker is amazing, the sound quality is Hi-Fi, it really is that good. I've spent the last few weeks trying a dozen Bluetooth speakers on the market and this is one of the best, if not the best at this price. You can just leave any EQ settings off on your phone/iPad as this speaker just plays what you throw at it beautifully. Brilliant and a bargain too with the recertified model which incidentally came literally brand new.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Sound Quality I have had this one week, I can't stop smiling every time I listen to it. Rich Powerful Clear Sound, I prefer this to a classic hi-fi set up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tremendous bang for the buck! I have a previous generation Go Play. I got mine in 2010, and I couldn't be happier with the performance of it over the years. from using it on battery power while camping, two having it fill the room with fairly loud sound during a party, I Couldn't ask for better performance out of such a small package.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing sound quality. I looked at lots of reviews online (one particular excellent site) and based on that I brought the play n go. When I plugged it in- wow! And that comes from a musician for over 30 years so I appreciate quality. Only constructive criticism would be although this turned out to be fabulous when I got it, I would have preferred to have a local demo prior to purchase. No where listed local stocked it. That was disappointing. Apart from that, I would say buy this, it is amazing!

Just had this speaker for week, It is amazing..Can i use it continuously with my TV meaning it has to stay plugged in and charging..will the affect my battery Life?

Asked by: steroboy1
No, this will not affect the battery life. It is completely safe to leave the GO + PLAY connected to the power whether it is in use or not. Take note that using the GO + PLAY while plugged in will prolong the charging time.

Hi. I bought my hk go + white yesterday and I have a question. Is it supposed to come sound from both sides of the speaker? because its only sound from the front and im wondering if its supposed to be that way or if it something wrong With my Device.

Asked by: Malen Sollie
Thank you for your message. There are four speaker grills on the Go+Play. There are speakers under the two front grills ONLY. One rear grill covers the bass reflex tube opening. The other rear grill is purely for looks, nothing is behind it.

Pressing those 2 buttons will just indicate the Software version of the unit. Please submit a case at www.harmankardon.com/support-contact.html and our Customer Service team will be glad to assist you.

I cannot pair my DELL e5470 laptop to my Go + Play. It shows Device peripheral driver not installed when I attempt to pair it to my laptop

Asked by: Azee44
GO + PLAY would definitely work with a computer. You'll just need to find a Bluetooth driver that supports A2DP Audio codec. Your best bet is to go into your control panel and find the Bluetooth setup. If you don't see the Bluetooth section on Devices, chances are that there are issues with Bluetooth driver. Make sure to go to Device Manager to verify the driver is present and installed correctly. If everything looks alright, but you don't see the option, you may want to download and reinstall the latest Bluetooth driver from your computer's manufacturer support website or contact OEM directly for further support.

I want to listen to FM radio through the Hk Go Play. Which is the configuration you would recommend. Which radio and how to connect best.

Asked by: Rajavist
The GO + PLAY doesn't have radio feature. Playing radio on the GO+PLAY will depend on the source connected (BT or AUX) to it if it has radio capability.

I'm really curious if the battery occasionally died, could I still use the speaker in AC mode?

Asked by: Jánosfiú
Yes, it is completely safe to leave the GO+ PLAY connected to the power whether it is in use or not. It won’t damage the battery. Additionally, it is possible that what you are experiencing is due to the GO+PLAY’s power saving feature. It is auto sensing and will turn off if no audio signal is detected for approximately 10 minutes. So, if you have the volume on the GO+PLAY cranked up, and the volume on your source device set really low, it is very possible that the GO+PLAY is not seeing enough of an audio signal to know to stay on. Please try turning the volume on the GO+PLAY down a bit, and then crank up the volume on your source device to get to the level you desire. This will send a signal to the GO+PLAY and it should stay on without any issues.

Hi, I'd like to know if there is anyway to answer and finish a phone call using any of the buttons built in my HK Go+Play. Thank you.

Asked by: Guti
Thank you for inquiry regarding the HK Go + Play. Unfortunately, there aren't any control function on the HK Go + Play to answer and finsih a call thru its built in buttons. I noticed that you are in Argentina. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact the store where you purchased the unit and they will be able to help.
